Pam made a repair from damage another showing caused, and since there was a delay in closing due to buyer finance, Pam went to my house and cleaned up the house from ice melt since the power was out. Pam also noticed I was overcharged in the realtor fee after we closed and pushed that I get a refund. She went above and beyond every step. I recommend to anyone selling their home.
